Trinity Basin Conservation Foundation - Deer Nutrition and Management Workshop

My friends with the Trinity Basin Conservation Foundation have teamed up with Jeff Butler, owner of The Ranch Supply House, Inc. to host a workshop on deer nutrition and management practices.

They have assembled a list of distinguished speakers and panel members who will share their wealth of knowledge and experience on managing white-tailed deer on small to medium tracts of land, the role of proper nutritional supplementation in reproductive efficiency and qualifying for agricultural valuation through wildlife management. Immediately following the presentations there will be a panel discussion where guests will have an opportunity to ask questions of the group of experts.

Speakers include:
Carl Frentress, Wildlife Biologist with Advanced Ecology
Dr. Harry Jacobson, nationally renowned deer scientist and white tail expert
Gus Duncan, Wildlife Nutrition Specialist with the Archer-Daniel-Midland Corp.
Lee Tackett, local landowner and wildlife management advocate
Cody Fredrick, Ag Appraiser with the Henderson County Appraisal District
